WHO CAN BE HYPNOTIZED?  All Hypnosis is self-hypnosis.  Anyone of normal and above intelligence can experience hypnosis. 

WHAT WILL I FEEL LIKE?  A hypnotic trance is a state of deep relaxation.  You remain aware of your surroundings and fully in control while feeling deeply relaxed.  We all experience hypnosis on a daily basis.  If you've ever read a book and lost track of time or driven a car and arrived at a location on "autopilot", you've experienced hypnosis.

CAN I BE MADE TO DO SOMETHING HARMFUL OR EMBARRASING?  No.  You remain in complete control of your mind and body at all times.  You cannot be made to do anything you do not want to do.
